The 2010 Queen Anne Stakes Result
It was a brilliant start to the 2010 Royal Ascot Meeting as wonder mare Goldikova held on from the fast finishing Paco Boy to claim another top class Group 1 victory. Olivier Peslier went early on Goldikova and almost paid the price but she just held on from Paco Boy who finished like a steam train but failed to get up.

2009 Queen Anne Stakes Result
Paco Boy trained by Richard Hannon and ridden by Richard Hughes won the Group One Queen Ann Stakes in great style proving conclusively that he definitely gets the mile. Held up for the first six furlongs, Paco Boy made his move at the two furlong pole and never looked like losing. He was chased home by Cesare and Aqlaam, who ran game races. There was huge disappointment in the performance of the favourite, Gladiatorus, who set a frightening early pace but never looked like maintaining it, he finished down the field and well behind the winner.
- 1st Paco Boy – 10/3
- 2nd Cesare – 11/1
- 3rd Aqlaam – 10/1
The Queen Anne Stakes 2008 Result
What a great way to get Royal Ascot up and running. It was a photo finish at the end between Haradsun and Darjina, but Aidan O'Brien's charge won it by a nose. Haradsun had to battle hard for that one but came through after stable mate Honoured Guest set the pace, pre-race favourite Finsceal Beo beat Cesare into third.
1. Haradsun (J Murtagh) 5-1
2. Darjina (C Soumillon) 5-1
3. Finsceal Beo (K J Manning) 9-2

A really excellent race with Fankie getting up Ramonti on the line to pip Jeremy and Turtle Bowl by two short heads with George Washington finishing fast but pulled hard early on. This was one of the best ascot races of the day and gives the Godolphin team their first success of the festival.
1. Ramonti (Frankie Dettori) 5-1
2. Jeremy (Ryan Moore) 14-1
3. Turtle Bowl (Olivier Peslier) 33-1

7 Proclamation 2-1
The Queen Anne Stakes 2005 Result
Valixir proved what a really good horse he is and he beat the inconsistent Rakti but there is no doubt about how well Valixir impressed as the ease with which he took his measure inside the last two furlongs and went away for a facile victory.
1 Valixir 4/1
2 Rakti 5/6f
3 Starcraft 7/1
